Why is it that I still have no posting permissions for the above sub-forum?? I've been trying to create a new SOP rep for a while now.

You have not fully registered your account, please actually read the welcome message saying you need to verify your email before posting.
If you need it resent, just reply, otherwise, check your email and click the activation link you already received.
