A few days ago I got a friend invite from someone and accepted (bad move i know). today the guy finnally IMs me and asks me if I wanted him to buy me any games for my TF2 items. I kept saying no thanks and he asked if I wanted any unusuals. I told him no thanks since he added me out of the blue. He was confused what "out of the blue" ment and went away. Is it against SourceOP's rules to try to sell to people without them contacting you first?
