I apologize as I am not 100% sure where to put this but I made a donation of $10 last week and still find I have no reserved slot when attempting to access your server. I mostly play on the 24/7 2fort server and it can sometimes take 15 minutes or longer of waiting.. am I missing something or is it just not working?

The reserved slot only kicks in when you connect to the server IP directly (type in in console: connect 67.228.59.146:27015), rather than waiting in line for it. Have you tried doing so?
