im on tf2 right now theres a player who has a constantly changing name. he used mine and most of the other players

Wow I had something very similar happen to me just yesterday on some random pub pl_goldrush. He was switching names every minute or so to other players on the team, moving very unusually fast, and aimboting while spazzing out like crazy.
Is this like a new hack or something?

It's not new, but Valve really should be doing something about it. The name changes are using exactly duplicate names of other people within the server of which makes votekick/ban impossible.
