Suspicious add - Arrakis - Nov 15, 2012

I've been added by a guy called D3rp, not the one on steamrep. Instantly telling me to 'add his friend' who 'cant add me for some reason'. His 'friend' is called 'Hustler S>Unusuals'. I did a search and came up with nothing. D3rp also went offline straight away after the chat. So I'm thinking he has duplicate account and a scammer? Anyone had dealings with either of these fellas?
