My SourceOp Credit Viewer (source + executable) - wildturkey - Jul 31, 2012
I just wanted to share this app I recently made. It was really just a test and is not fully complete. Currently, you can only VIEW a .cdb file with it. I am hoping to add EDIT ability in the near future as I get the time to mess with it. Feel free to do whatever you want with it - I don't really care. If you make it better, it would be nice of you to share.
This project is far from complete, so if you have any ideas, post them here I guess. There is no guarantee I'll listen, but if it is a really good idea - maybe. :lol:
Here is the source code and a standalone executable. This will cause absolutely NO harm to your credits file as it opens it in read-only mode. And if you don't deem me trustworthy, compile the code yourself and make a copy of your credits file to test it. The code is a bit sloppy at the moment... I usually wait till I'm done to clean it up.

I guess I should explain why I would want to edit someone's credits...
Well, I currently run a hl2 puzzle server and sometimes people find unfixed exploits in the maps which allow them to spam points/credits. It would just be nice to be able to take their unearned credits away without having to resort to sending a faked client command that makes them buy ... let's say Health 50 times... :lol:

When they're on the server, you can credgive them a negative amount if you're admin.
