Custom Map Game with Valve Map Regulars??? - -LMA- - Jan 06, 2009
Was thinking that it would be interesting to get some regulars from the valve maps server to partake in a couple of games on the custom maps server to change it up for everyone and try something new and fun for just one day/night. Just a neat idea I thought would be fun.
So if you're down, reply here and if enough people are interested we can all plan on a future date and time

As there's only a few that really post here, I'd say it would just be a good idea to bring this idea up while playing when a bunch of regulars are online, in-game.
I got tired of custom maps long ago (except warpath, don't know why that's not official) but it would be a fun change of pace and I'd be up for it.

When I played CSS I got bored of the official maps after a while and wanted custom maps. I feel that way about TF2 now and would love to play the custom maps, but there's never anyone on the server. So I'd be willing to participate if anyone else wanted to.

Yea, it's mainly that when you go to a custom map server, what happens 9 outta 10 of the time? It's n00bs that run it and mess up the experience and the admins either change shit in game and half the people aren't really playing to win. This way, we are all playing like as if we were playing on the valve maps just with a change, with different maps to make things more interesting.

cp_orange_x3... It is the most popular non-valve map in TF2 and is only a 3 mb download. In fact, I seem to remember my server playing only that and globally outranking all of your servers.
