Hello, sorry if this is on a incorrect topic, if it is, please forgive me (I'm new on this).
Ok, my problem is that I donated the 4/06/12 here on SourceOp to have reserved slot, since the servers that I play (2fort, PropHunt, etc) are full the most of the time. Everytime I copy the Server IP on type "connect (server's IP)" and try to join to a full server, it says "Server is full".
I wonder if you admins, can you please check the database, just for wonder if I typed wrong my steam ID.
Here is my SteamID: STEAM_1:0:24859915
My Name inGames : Yosshed ?_?
I think that you (admins) can verify that I donated money for here.
Thanks for your attention.

When connecting you must do so from the developer console by hitting the ~ key.
Once that pops up you type in
connect plus the name of the server and hit enter. You can enter the IP address as well, but I find it much easier to remember the name.
Example: connect tf22fortistant.sourceop.com

One of the admins can confirm, but the message you get also sometimes indicates there are already 16 slots on the server (It SHOULD read 'You have a reserved slot, but all 16 are in use', something like that, but it isn't always the case I've found).

Apparently your donation was less the the required amount for a slot.
