All of their makeovers are hideous and they always say the same lame line about how "her family will be shocked" or "her family was stunned". Maybe that's why they call them "Ambush makeovers"...
Also... they seem to have a weird obsession with blue eyeshadow and chopping off people's hair. But if it makes those women happy, more power to them!

Looks like a simple hair styling with some red added to it(hair). It is possible now to do facial reconstruction surgery(at least in that Cleveland clinic)

Wow, they f*cked up that one. They probably think she looks really good too. Before she just looked like a regular old woman (not that there is anything wrong with that) now they turned her into some mushroom-headed chipmunk. Proof these people can't "makeover" anyone, much less know what they are doing.
