see my name over there. you can't click it and go to my userprofile. you can only get to the userprofile (afaik) if the user is not hidden and is online and you click the link on the forum main page under current active users at the bottom.

Plus, if they started a thread you can click on their name, or if they are the last one posting.

Or you can search the userlist...
