Most items have an agreed worth or value, however people are sacrificing integrity to make a quick buck, it's shameful, in my opinion.

That is why I am selling all of my unusuals and quitting the TF2 trading scene. You shouldn't have to deal with real life criminals in a stupid fucking video game.

Even some of the most trusted players keep showing themselves to be sharks, scammers, dupers, and hijackers! The problem is made even worse by valve giving out only temporary suspensions instead of perma-bans.

There are still good folks out there, but they are far outnumbered.

I haven't really been majorly involved in trading since about October, just buying the items I'd like to wear in game, which is extremely difficult with the incredible levels of greed throughout the community.
