This still going on? I think everybody just needs to accept that people like playing on different maps and playing different styles and leave it at that. I like Goldrush, I like the chaos of it and trying to survive in it and excel in it. Some people like wider maps where they don't have to worry about spam.

You guys do 6v6 if you think it's fun and makes you l33t, we'll do our BGL stuff and have fun with that. None of us are ever going to agree on a format that we'll all agree on because we all know we're good at different things. We'd get beat probably playing 8v8 granary, and chances are we'd stomp you 12v12 Goldrush. Who cares.

Pussing out means not agreeing to play. I have no problems playing highlander but I am not letting you off the hook that easy. You don't get to back out of a style that I/we love playing.

Lets go ahead and see how much you all hate the 16v16 spam fest you play on:

Cookieboy's time: 58d 05:27:34h
Sk8's time: 56d 16:16:20h

You really do manage to stay away from the spam fests.

Now I am going to make this real easy for you, I know full well what you and your weasel friend where trying to pull when I first saw this sham of a thread. Try and get me away from a play style that I have spent 87 days on myself in hopes that you might win. I am honest enough to say that you might (that is MIGHT) win the highlander contest. But their is NO WAY you will win in a match similar to the style that all three of us play on a consistent basis. None-the-less I am not just satisfied with communicating that fact, I want to see (and hopefully others) it take shape on the playing field.

You get your highlander match if I get my match. Man up!

If Sdogg's posts were more like this one, none of this would've happened.

His post is chalk full of reason but your blame lies with the wrong person/people. If Bumpy and sk8's posts had been different than none of this would have happened. Also, if the all maps posters on here didn't have a sour attitude and then personalize it, then this thread wouldn't have happened. You can look up all the threads, my recent activity has been that of a response including that to you calling me an effing idiot.

Either Gold Rush players are welcome here to mention positively the server that they play on and the people that they play with or they are not. I am not under the delusion that someone as superior in talent to everyone as sk8 will think anyone on Gold Rush is good but I do expect those people to be able to come here (Gold Rush regulars) without having to deal with relentless and exhaustive attacks.
