5 minute ban should work fine. For the people I've kicked or temp banned in the past they've all caught on. Increasing it should work just the same. You have to be pretty fucking thick not to catch on.
EricPires: This shouldn't effect team scramblers. This will only kick in if you've been AUTO BALANCED and then SPEC'D and then SWITCHED BACK to the respective team you were auto balanced from.
Team scrambling should not be affected in any way.

You do have the spectator switch trigger on a timer correct? so people switching to spectator to let's say look at someone they think is cheating, won't get banned.

You don't get banned for joining spec. You get banned for switching teams (including spec) after getting balanced.
