I'll just post my $.02 here.
House M.D. is a regular on the Goldrush server and is usually a decent player. I've never heard him micspamming excessively before, but I have warned him several times for the following reasons and even issued a 24 hour ban.
1. Joining server and sitting in spectator for an excessive period.
2. Playing music briefly over his mic (Badly)
3. Being AFK in game for too long.
He's a sometimes annoying but decent player, but doesn't usually disrupt the game too much so I didn't permaban him because I didn't see any justifiable reason to do so.
If he's gone for good now, that's DF's choice to keep him gone.

I have warned him, kicked him and gagged him for the same reasons before on Goldrush and Arena. I watch all the servers on a pretty regular daily basis even if I don't always chat and let others know I'm there.
If a person doesn't learn from that many warnings from more than one admin and on more than one server, it's clear they either:
a. will never learn
b. don't care
Just my 2 cents as well though. I didn't have anything personal against him or anything.

He was one of the better medics. Honestly only house and skapaid stick out in my head as good medics from the goldrush server. Sucks you gotta be a feg sometimes and this the end result.
