The total score should be points earned divided by time played. This way everyone would be scored on skill, and not by who has been playing on the server the longest, I think the score board would change pretty quickly if this was implemented.

well, if we wouldn't have capped the maximum point transfer to 25 points...

I mean, [eX] had a very successful hlstatsx and only 10 people got about 5000 points.
