Server admins should be chosen by other server admins. Just playing on a server all day everyday doesn't always means you should get admin.

I understand that playing on a server alot doesnt mean you should be admin, but it is just nice to see admins play with us weather they are a regular you choose or just what ever. Sneaky and Ramz use to play alot on the server and they were fantastic admins, but like anyone else they have lives so they arnt on as often.
