since you already have so many stupid keybinds, why don't you just add another one that says "HEY GUYS DON'T DO THIS FYI" and press it every now and then. After a while everyone who frequents the server regularly will know not to do it

Update the MOTD to include some basic rules, and at round start send a global message on the server with a link to a sticky on here with the rules. Sorted.
Stacking (15v16, someone from the 15 team goes spec, forces auto from Red so they can go red) is a kickable offense that no one seems to know about, not an obvious thing, can ruin the game and affects it more than degroot demopulting.
Common sense doesn't need to be there, good catch, but things that are particular to the servers should be.

You didn't even mention why demopulting would be gamebreaking enough to require a ban. In-fact nobody has, wombraider just considers it an exploit and thus he must enforce VALVE JUSTICE.

I'm stating that there needs to be clearly posted rules (probably not even in the forums now that I think about it, probably in the FAQ section on the main site), and rules reminders, regardless if they're not obviously disruptive to the game (stacking, porn sprays, etc), obviously disrupting to the game (botting, stacking, mic spam, etc) or silly (demopulting on degroot, shooting through windows on 2fort). Because to not post the rules clearly means that people have no idea why what they did was wrong until they get kicked for it, even if they've done it a hundred times before, since an admin isn't always on to catch it.
