as racist as that sounds im not. I blame it on the way they were brought up and the culture around them.

So I'm dumb because the mexicans in your area do all of the half-ass jobs?
Maybe if you lived in MY area you would see that hardwork is always better than quantity of work. Ever tried to get on a construction crew in the southeast?
I'm sorry if previous statements where slightly misleading, I'm not trying to incite a flame war or anything I just had an opinion and probably should have kept it to myself. The lazy ass comment was directed more towards the people that have highpowered office jobs around here that constantly complain because their worthless heir cant find a job because of all "dem damn wetbacks".

Hard work isn't always more important than quantity. Ive worked several jobs, where my finished product was often twice as good as my co workers, but because i took my time i lost my job.

in my area Russian immigrants do the best work. (they scrap stolen cars on the side, but they do some awesome tile work)

We have one family of laosian descent that lives in the area and you couldnt find a better metalworker in the rest of the state.

dude, have you seen the diversity ratings for my town. My high school has 1800 students and the total amount of minorities is 17 (8 black people, 4 Asian and 5 Hispanic) If you want to count our 50 exchange students, we have 67 non-white-people.
