Sure, you can make a huge improvement to your team, but you're not killing bumpy directly, nor are you playing any better than he is.
tl;dr: you don't leave a server in fear when a medic joins

No, I did. I considered the stupidity of the leech assertion because medics are NEEDED for victory. They are thee vital class of the game. I was glad to see in a later post you own up to that fact.
I don't know what games you play in and who is medic. I have had my fair share of people rage quit when I log and select a team. Now a medic is just a points leech class and not a "killer." Why do they leave Glouch?
If people started solving these types of riddles than threads like this wouldn't exist. I seriously think this original poster should join the all maps server. Instead of worrying about a vote scramble, he probably would enjoy the experience of owning Glouch and King Bumpy.

I think I will log onto Gold Rush and play some games with the big boys.

Shocked you didn't throw your name out there. Shouldn't Bumpy heal you? Aren't you good at offense?
If I were you, I wouldn't play Gold Rush players either. You are at least wise in just laying back and sticking with All Maps pubbing.
To the original poster, my recommendation still stands. The All Maps servers are filled stalemate games, people who don't want to win, people who are afraid to die, and those who generally want to waste time (ie people like Bumpy, Sk8, and Glouch who expect other regulars to play down to their level). In short, its perfect for the casual sourceop player. Gold Rush is for the serious player who cares to win.
The other alternative is 2fort instant respawn otherwise know as TF2 deathmatch.
