oh god, I forgot that the entire extent of last year was a couple of weeks after October in fact, I completely didn't look at this calendar:



By last year, I made the mistake of referring to school-year sessions. I was referring to January to about August. June is when it started dropping noticeably.

and yes, there were over 6000 servers throughout this summer.
