Needless to say, I did not before (sarcasm). It is just I do not know why you do not see that the argument that an opinion is invalid simply because it is an opinion is kinda pointless if subjected to a single opinion but not to your own. After all, if you are criticising me for my opinion, your opinion has to be different in this aspect, unless you are a hypocrite. Meaning your opinion has to differ in the attribute of subjectivity, so it has to be objective. Do I have to point out that your opinion is just as much an opinion as mine is?

But maybe you're not even talking about subjectivism and all you said was "I don't like your opinion".

As long as nobody makes a reasoned argument against my opinion, it is still valid. That is what you do in science, you make a theory and it is called valid for as long as it is not falsified. (And if there are enough facts that support the theory, it becomes an empirically proven axiom through inductive reasoning.)

At this point you should start giving me actual reasons why my opinion is invalid.

Because, and this is obviously the hard part so take your time reading it, I was never even arguing for or against your opinion. I was arguing against your right to belittle other people based off of something that is entirely subjective as if your opinion was a fact.

I don't give a shit what your beliefs are, but they're no better or any more right than anybody else's and therefore you have no ground to judge people on them, which is exactly what you did with your original statement.

Now the reason I was laughing at you was you then went on to argue the validity of arguing against an opinion when you were the one who started doing so in the first place.
