I know I might be on my own level with this, but have you ever looked at the nutrition chart for most fast food restaurants? Or even read about some of the "fillers" that are used.

Support your local food joints, down with the monopoly.


I'm like DF though, I eat anything and everything 6 times a day and CANT gain any weight.

Haha. I hear milk can boost metabolism, and I really like milk. Maybe that's why I have a high metabolism and thus is hard for me to gain wait. Anyone else big milk drinkers?

spicy food can boost your metabolism. Genetics play a large part, and even ethnicity (but thats close to genetics)

I hadnt heard about milk though... but I DO drink about 1 gallon every two days...
