map maker has been out, but it is WorldBuilder so you will need a college degree and end-user technologist training in order to use it...
the game is awesome, though. (my trainer works online, so I can make all of my units INVINCIBLE!!, at least until the next patch)

dude worldbuilder is simple, i made 3 maps in 2 hours, but the real problem is that the game won't let you upload them to more then one person at a a time in game, and even then most the time it don't work
