Getting top score with medic is very easy, to be honest medic is easy for someone like me who can't aim worth shit but can micromanage.

You act like the scout should be patiently waiting to go in with an uber like a spy. That's his intended role most of the time but in 6v6 or even 9v9 I can at least look to get a pick on someone instead of getting punished for trying to do anything other than watching the flank.

16 v 16 I can't go anywhere without getting blown up. 12 v 12 can be the same depending on map and the classes of the enemy team
