duplex, like the rest of us have our pros and cons. He's built a rep around here and while he earns his marks in some ways, he definitely overplays his personality other times.
He gives shit, we give shit. Trust me, it's nothing he can't/won't handle.

buff and bounce - remember that
Take care of the other fucking medics. Buffing medics is important to keep the healing flowing.
