Being from Canada, if the issue is ping rate, then it doesn't apply to me. My ping usually averages around 60-75. During map changes, I'm usually the 2nd or 3rd person to log on. I wonder what is taking everyone so long to change and load new maps. Must be their pitifully slow computers....
