There's actually a lot of clans that play on SourceOP servers. GD, HEY, Ol`, RSCI, EMC, XO, JamaicanBacon, Desa off the top off my head. Some might be fairly small clans mainly consisting of friends, though.
Guess your first step would be to actually be an active player on the servers, and get to know the usuals. I highly suggest you donate for a reserve slot on the servers, if you're not already, to save yourself a lot of frustration trying to get into them, and from being booted for a reserve slot.
