1) Didnt see the point in doing the steam id / message (even tho we both knew it didnt work) he even said it was ment to discourge like i was gonna scam him or something.
2)Ya i glossed up my rep after he took a shot at me saying it was all small transactions. I needed to get the hat fast and i was in the hurry again not seeing a point in the message.
3)When it wasn't going anywhere i just decided to write the message and sent the cash, came back to see the last message and he blocked me.
4)Asked a friend to talk to him about the hat or refund.
5)Reaper refunded the cash.
6)My point is that reaper did not trust me and i was wanting a fast transaction so i tried to glossen up my rep after he took a shot at it as "mostly small transactions".
I dont understand this bow down to me crap hes talking about. All i use my rep for is to buy/sell items and to middleman. In fact to me it seemed as he was treating me as a scrub with a intention to scam him. It might be his 99 + unusauls clogging his mind out of commen sense. I document almost all my transactions on my rep so it would be a easy resource for fast and safe trades and thats what is it for me and what it should be.
The full chat...

Lol, the chatlog Reaper gave is exact the same as Penis gave, and I dont see that he is threatning u wtf?
Reaper just wants you to put your steamid because he can easyli look at the transaction later and see who he traded with. Why is that so hard to understand? He isnt even calling you a scammer or something. He just wants the steam id in the transaction, nothing else. I bet he is doing it with everyone, and tons of rep has nothing to say about this.

edit: I mean PEN15

lol, trusted sellers dont ask anymore to let ppl rep 'm. If they want, ofc, but I think they did so many more trades and MM their threads would be like 50-100 pages.
The length of a rep thread doesn't say much, says way more who repped, and for how high it was. Some have done MM where they had easily 5000,- in their bp, and could have walked. Any length of bp would still had some gone with that.
Besides that: steam profile rep doesn't count. Too much fake, and ppl can just delete the negative rep on their own profile. worth of it: 0
If I go to Asbo server, add everybody and ask them to rep me, they'd rep me, and kept repping me beyond the capacity of my profile. does it mean some? nope.

Datastorm.. i know u area good guy but your comment...really are u serious?
my steam rep doesnt count here... lol i really dont fucking care..
my profile and rep have way more validity and reliabilty then anything here in sourceop.. dont get me wrong i have the greatest respect for you guys... but your comment is just plain fucking stupid and is sent in my direction so i feel the need to respond
is real funny too when SOP trusted buyers and sellers end up with a scammer tags.. so how reliable is that shit? scammers also point to the trusted sellers and buyers list every single day.
and even so i would like to see someone fake the shit in my profile.. they can fake a rep thread here far easier... so your comment has no merit.
in my rep you can also see who actually left the comment and click on their profiles and see who they are... u can not do that in sourceop
impersonators link to soucreop reps all the time claiming it is theirs... again every single day. you cant do that with my profile cause all you have to do is click on the persons avatar which also allows you to see whether the shit has been faked or looks suspicious.. you can bp every person in my profile..u cant do that here
the opinion that my shit doesnt count..is just that your opinion without merit and a total fucking joke... dont get me wrong...i dont have the big ass ego like peni5.. but yeah... you post shit aimed in my direction and im going to respond
respectfully fake this, id like to see it and good fucking luck

Datastorm, I am going to have to agree with reaper on this one. Yes he can delete negative rep if he wants, but what is the point. There have been other big name scammers that I have gotten caught covering up their dirty doings (Ride or Die).
The most important part about his steam page rep is as he said, it cannot be faked, or if it could It would be a pain in the ass to do so.
As for having anyone on asbo rep you or whatever, that is all fine and dandy, and it can happen here too. And anyone who does their homework will realize that all these rep by little folks with one or two posts don't mean anything. The only thing I look for in rep is:
1.) How far back it goes.
2.) How much money are we talking.
3.) Who has he dealt with?
That is the same for any site you use.
I try not to even use my rep thread on here any more because scammers were taking advantage of it. I don't ask that people leave me any new rep. Those who know me know me, those who don't can ask someone else, cause likely they know someone I know.
As for the rest of the thread.....meh.

Does tf2items need their own general chat? These threads constantly put me to sleep.
