Graphical errors usually happen to me when I minimize TF2. I'll get the purple and black checkerboard effects where there are supposed to be reflections. Basically, the cubemaps fail to load, get replaced by the missing texture material, and then you see purple everywhere. I've never had missing water though, just purply water.

There is nothing my server or plugin can do to cause or fix the issue.

in the morning the servers are empty, though they say they have 25 people in?, i have seen this myself on the servers

Cause it has a max of 16 players, is on a slower machine, and because I don't promote it.
