This is very true. You can't votekick someone just because you want to. The votekick is only a temporary ban though if it does happen you can come back in about 5 minutes.
If you have any more problems with votekick abuse you can type in chat contactadmin and fill out the form. We will get the contact and investigate.

What was your in-game name? I can't find any votekicks started by "Q" on Goldrush.
But if it was the same Q I tempbanned earlier today, I wouldn't have issue bumping that up to a perma ban since it's apparently a chronic issue of his.
