Hell-met has always been a nice guy everytime i've been in the server playing with him, it seems like a lot of people think hes an ass though.

Hell is perfectly fine. Hes been part of the SourceOp community probably longer then I have and a even bigger contributer.
Mortigi, any other admin would of done the same. Changing your name/avoiding a gag will get you banned from most of the servers. There is an exceptionally large number of mic spammers and blatant verbal assholes that have to be dealt with...

I think it should say something that I bothered to come on here to complain and that I wasn't trying to deny punishment entirely so much as suggest an alternative - im not trying to raise question to hells seniority or importance, nor am I trying to claim innocence as I clearly stated the situation and what was in question was answered directly and I did not argue that either, all im talking about which i feel at this point is obviously going to remain static is the method of punishment, i would gladly have opted to be gagged for the time frame that i'm banned etc rather than what was imposed
I do not troll on the server, as hell put it, i can be 'annoying' to some, but that is what mute is for, nor do I mic spam, at most i 'chat spam' and really i'm not 'spamming' i'm just holding conversations as I play and happen to have a high WPM so yes, i can 'annoyingly' play and type at the same time
just wanted to clear those things up

and I say I do not spam because to me, spamming is somewhat like trolling, repeating the same thing over and over again or just being a douche and actually being offensive for the sake of upsetting someone else
if anything i'm the most trolled person on the server because I bother to chat/respond as I play, considering how short a time i've been here and how many random people I would get flamed/trolled by without even directly speaking to them or anything to do with them

To give an example though of how I feel there is some odd "discretion" in choice of actions here is something that happened in that same night i got banned not even 30 mins prior to the whole situation, to which hell was present
I pwnt some guy and said something rudely about doing his dad in the butt, i was much more vulgar but that was my overall message and then i continued to talk smack about what it says about him even tho he called me gay for my slander
gagged? no, kicked? nope, warned? definitely not
yet again, talking about this specific situation to which I ended up getting gagged then banned because obviously i was somewhat upset that I was as I saw, unjustly gagged, which chain reacted to my being banned for 'gag bypass'
I respond, one single typed sentence, in chat, to a joke that was made on blu team mic chat about reds making a base outside ours and him saying it was like aids taking over everything, and I get immediately gagged
to me, had I been gagged during my actually being offensive/douchebag moment, TOTALLY wouldve understood, not 'gag bypassed' etc, so hopefully you can see my point now
I do not agree at all with you Kia that 'any other admin would've done the same', my whole issue is that the situation was not handled properly at all, ive done way worse things or said etc than what all this started over
