words are only offensive if you're a sissy girl.
if i had admin i wouldn't ban people for racism
being sensitive to racist language seems to cause more problems than the racist language itself.

I'm not black, so I could be wrong, but personally I don't think you should be offended if you see the "n-word" on the internet, especially since he was just referencing the offending word.
