The new update changed the colors on the buttons. I updated the link in the OP with a version to match valve's new button colors.

The new update also removed the "connect to" list of servers.

I like that menu, with mouseover it says what maps on the servers etc.
Will prolly do a edit of it, with the top and lower bar smaller/removed and some added buttons for demoui, and other much used stuff (status, condump, reload current class cfg etc). And ofc a 16x10 line up of the buttons...
