Combo, I think the others are trying to say don't do it and your fine! no reason to flame. your not the only one who has got-in trouble over it, so chill. its a newly exploited exploit (on SoP servers at least) and maybe that's why you didn't understand the rules clearly (tho your first ban should been a red flag) so hopefully you do now and you'll be alright and drop it before you dig any deeper (imho).
auto kick/ban feature sounds great to clear this exploit issue up.
(now if Valve would only fix sawmill engineer exploits..but another story)
EDIT: topic in wrong thread should be in problems/help, read before you post next time combo...I assume you can read and maybe its just a rage posted in wrong thread? then it would belong in the flame bucket! or if you were nice you could have posted it in the Bugs/Problems section or the General chat, but they are 4 general chat so you would have messed that up anyway, so in that case the best thread would be thunderdome.. but that's locked so the true best thread would be: listen to the admins in the first place and avoid all this trouble!

when I first saw a yellow name I thought i was an admin or something.
Then they said it was an exploit and I became jealous.
Then I realized if this were to continue there would be hundreds of names in weird dumb rainbow colors and it would annoy the shit out of me.

combo you are right, but just chill and let it go man. yes, an admin probably should have said "hi, remove the colors out of your name b/c we don't allow that here," and then kicked you if you were defiant towards them.
but if that's what happened then maybe you should just leave
