Contrary to my post above, my ping is still jumping all around...here is the tracert i ran tonight:

EDIT: Nm, time warner is getting a call tomorrow...I ran a basic internet speed test (basically a tracert to a server in Ontario I am assuming).

From Buffalo, NY to Hamilton, ON...I had a ping of 338 and a d/l speed of 2.01 mbps. I usually pull down at around 13 mbps...

Your tracert suggests the problem is on your end. I bet somebody on your network is doing a lot of uploading at the time you get lag.
