Pipes got their max ammo nerfed and their loaded ammo nerfed i believe. from 8 to 4. That or just their max ammo.

tbh when I started playing tf2 demo had 4 nades. I am fairly certain though that originally it was 6, which explains why the grenade launcher has 6 barrels.

Find me the update log where it says "reduced demoman grenadelauncher capacity from 6 to 4"
