It looks fine in the database. Have you tried it recently?
The failed after four attempts message sounds like maybe you're typing the IP address in wrong. Try in console:
connect 67.228.59.145:27015
Shouldn't need the port number, but you can try it.

sorry it took me awhile to supply. Been pretty busy with school.
well i tried the new ip and it didn't work.
I'm gonna try some stuff with my firewall and internet and see if the problem is coming from there. I'll update later.

yep. I read that avg virus program can interfere. I'm gonna try turning that off tonight. Hopefully that's the problem.
