This was the guy I was talking about drunken when I said how can i spec with an admin command to you that one time on Steam. Cause I thought this guy was hacking cause got a hs on me as a fully cloaked spy but i gave him the benefit of the doubt and then spectated him for a good 5 mins and didn't see any hacking moves though so i thought it was one crazy ass lucky shot. But now with this proof that has been shown here, he might have been hacking this whole time.

I can't see you if you don't use voice chat while cloaked. Hovering voice icon makes me smile everytime. I usually just ignore it.

I specced him before too but it was after a great deal of complaining about him and as you know, people often stop when they suspect/know an admin could be watching them. I suspected but was previously unable to get enough proof to fairly justify a ban.
