I guess I'll give my opinion finally.

I don't think it's a terrible idea. It wouldn't be a separate payment. It would be tied in to the existing donation system. The only problem I see is that the people stacking are typically the regulars (who usually have slots). This could end up making team stacking much worse.

I used to regularly play on Nemu's 24/7 GR server; there was one particular admin there who would stack the teams up manually when he was playing, and it killed the server off.
