Let's make a deal.
He should go wrench people as engie since it's the same as doing it as sniper (same speed same health same damage), BUT he gotta ERECT A DISPENSER = CREDIT TO TEAM = NO MORE WHINING!

I don't see anything wrong with what he is doing.
