I know nobody wants me to mention the (oh noes!) dreaded eGO, but secondary level limited-permission mods can be effective at controlling a douchebag population. There wouldn't even be the need to hand admin out to large numbers like eGO does. A few people you would already trust enough to temp ban should work fine.

It's a proven system that works in other places. Just a suggestion.

Why do I have to compile evidence when the tele griefing was obvious, and how should I do it when I wasn't there but the same guy got kicked again but for cheating this time after showing up a few days later and changing his name to xXHE@DSHOTMASTAHXx? I do look at the server ban list to see if anything came from anytime I contact admin.
