yea just read that in the changelog. so now if I disguise as a scout I can annoy the other team by using their tele and getting someone on their team yelled at lol.

Other notes, you saw the kritz now has a taunt that heals 10 hp?
and pyros can airblast fire off of teammates

They still havent fully explained the new unlockable system yet though

They said you pick them up.

I am assuming they wanted you to go and pick them up off of dead bodies.

Nobody had the achievement weapons to drop, though, so we are fucked until they are stop being such a retarded.
