Ya the bobble head at the "boom headshot" part is the (upcoming?) civilian class. He's standing on the TFC logo.

I doubt it's upcoming, the PL game mod was supposed to be the inclusion of the hunted play style into TF2, but without the BS that tends to follow it, such as retarded civilians.
It's probably just a throw back to TFC, where the Civ was like, the ultimate target for the Sniper.

My interpretation anyway.
I'm at work, thus have no sound. The video looks awesome though, can't wait till I can hear it as well. Another 6 or 7 hours till that happens though.
