Hello, I have a question! I want to run SourceOp on a Tf2 beta server, and I would like to know if it would run?

*I have a server that uses FTP to install these files

I was watching one of Steve Job's performances about the new apple computer when he started talking about how much easier it was because it had a reduced amount of cords, and was easy to set up. Seeing my current computer system, I realized what I must do. And now in preperation of iTV or apple-TV or what other brilliant name they are going to assign to it, I went out and remodeled my TV to reflect my appreciation for Apple and all they do for managing my life.

Yeah, I figured that if apple sucks all ass and they don't like cords, I figured that the best way to resolve this was to buy a new surround sound system with as many cords as it could possibly have. That way, nobody will get their iTV anywheres near my PS3

I bought this mouse about a year ago seeing the potential of the second mouse scroll, sadly it was impeded with it's limited software. This day I saw that they had Logitech SetPoint 4.0, and my dream was realized.

The problem with the second scroll was that it was limited to "document flip" and "zoom", and in a gaming engine that equates to "crash the game" and "nothing". But with the new software the second scroll has all of the same options of the regular buttons, plus it gives the active scroll the option to act as a third button. which means: 14 button fully customizable mouse, with 1000+ dpi and laser technology.

This little change in software has transformed the ultimate office mouse into the ultimate gaming mouse, and with built in software detection you don't even have to chose.

So lets look at it from the bigger picture :

Tilting scroll (mouse scroll tilts left and right)

Active scroll (press down and it can switch scroll modes so you spin the scroll wheel and it keeps spinning, making for FAST scrolling)

Second mouse wheel (thumb wheel, NOW 100% CUSTOMIZABLE)

Basic 4th and 5th buttons

button behind regular mouse scroll

awesome precision.

And now you can pick this thing up for under 50$ on amazon! (I payed 100$ for it)

Plus it has a 10-day rechargeable battery, and a kickass display stand that matches my monitor and my DS lite, and my PS3 and my webcam...

BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE (as of november 24 2007):

This mouse is a temperamental piece of shit with no Warantee. Don't buy this.

The most notable feature (the free-moving scroll wheel) likes to break, and they don't like to replace your mouse.

I had mine break, which makes the free scrolling about as easy to do as installing the ram from a AppleBook into a super nintendo, and turning this mouse into a pile of shit. Not only that, but they won't take them back at ANY store, nor will logitech give a flying fuck.

I took the liberty of disassembling the buggy pile of shit to find that they had built the mouse ball with, instead of a ball-barring, A THIN ASS PLASTIC ROD. WHO THOUGHT THAT WOULD EVER BREAK?!?!?

I am going to buy a new one, return the old one in the same packaging and then sell the new one on ebay. I suggest you not buy this mouse until they work out this glitch.

Yeah, take that. That is my very first FORUMANIMANGA (anime manga posted in a forum) and a horrible one at that. Please post comments regarding:

-Storyline
-Artwork
-Timing
-Characterization
-other

MY REVEIW:

FUCKING AWEFUL!!!! Not only did I spend 4/6 frames trying to figure out what in the fuck was happening, but half of the frames that DID make sence weren't even in the same fucking setting!!! WHAT ARE THEY HAVING A TUG OF WAR THROUGH TIME AND SPACE!?!?! Not only that, but the entire thing was an unfunny joke with horrible timing, I mean, the author couldn't have just found another bleach character holding a rope? Or was the joke supposed to come from the randomness? In that case it only had a 2/31 chance of succeeding anyway. FAIL

I was thinking of additional features that could be included if DF plans to make a new hookmod. A major improvement I could think of is inspired by Zelda:

Dual hooks: +hook1 could work normally, except for the fact that it could only be fired from the ground. The compensation for the dual hooks could add a +hook2 that could be fired while attached to something with the original hook. This could also add the ability to attach enemies to objects by firing the first hook into them and then firing the second hook into a wall, ground, etc. Another ability could be to fire one hook into an enemy, object, or flag; and then firing the second hook into the ground, giving the user the ability to pull the target towards him or herself.

I have decided to celebrate all of this new stuff (FF and TF2, plus my latest cover-up) with a new signature and avatar theme. Feel free to vote on which you feel would do best...

PAYCHECK... actually I just planned my paycheck. But I am donating some of my income to SourceOP this week (friday is payday) and it will depend on the following equation:

X-(Y+Z)=D

X is the size of the paycheck
Y is the price of my NintendoDS game adapter, and a memory device
Z is the price of THE ORANGE BOX
D is PROFIT
so:

(Size of paycheck)-[(price ofM3perfect)+(price of THE ORANGE BOX)]= Source OP's donation

My paychecks are usually around 170$... which leaves the team some good money...

I thought it might be a good idea to get caught up on all of my credits by taking advantage of some of the Spokane Virtual Learning courses offered by the Spokane board of education.... HOLY FUCK, NO.

Last time I took these classes I failed because I didn't try. This time I am failing because the process is COMPLETELY broken, making progress impossible.

First class: Health and Fitness.

This class has no apperant flaws, but once you get into it, it becomes a big horrific pain in the ass. It is mostly bookwork, which would be a plus if the book actually existed. Instead they send you through a loop of exactly 28 links, which at one end is a broken link to a PDF of the book, and the other is a link to the beggining of the loop. not much help here.

Second class: Lifetime Fitness.

This has the blaring impossibility of being an ONLINE P.E. CLASS. It ALMOST worked... It requires you to sign a contract (that is cleverly hidden at a completely unrelated website) that is locked behind a password. The password is a basic USERNAME/PASSWORD setup, which requires you to put in your student ID as a username and your last name as a password, and then inserting the name of god into a scanner, unfortunately for me, I (and every other human) am incapable of knowing the true name of god and therefore cannot login... I had a guy hack in to the site to get me the contract, and he couldn't find it... Which is great that an expert hacker can't navigate your website... I called the help line and they insisted that I should BUY the heart rate monitor... I told them that if I had 400$ laying around for a USB compliant heart-rate-monitor with tamper protection and 8-week memory, than I would kill them and go to private school.

SO I GET NO HEALTH CREDITS BECAUSE SPOKANE FAILS AT THE INTERNET. Thanks a ton, Spokane Schools, you ruined my education for everyone. Now only I will know how great I am...

I added SourceOP to my Fortress Forever Dedicated Server, but it doesn't seem to be loading up...
Is it that SourceOP isn't compatible with FF yet (or at least to the Public)? Sorry if I'm asking a dumb question or if there's an obvious answer, but I've tried adding SourceOP to my server several different ways and it still doesn't load up.

Thanks for the help.

EDIT: I also tried putting it on my Day of Defeat: Source server, but that doesn't seem to be working either (I used program that automatically adds Sourceop and clicked Day of Defeat Source when it asked me what game and it still doesn't work.
