For your consideration Smile

CTF_Powerhouse

Here is my CTF/CP Hybrid map.

Objective: Activate your security shield at the Powerhouse, only one teams shield can be active at any time!
While the enemies shield is down go capture their intelligence.
_______________________________________________________________

Here is beta 6, from player feedback Ive changed the following

- Added Sniper barricades
- Some cosmetic changes
- Clearer Cap Point (people were trying to cap on the shield!)
- Signs pointing to powerhouse and added minimap in the spawn

The next revision will hopefully the last, it will be mainly for speed optimization and bug fixes.

Constructive criticism welcome Smile

If you are going to just skip this post because you are lame and too ignorant to read it, at least take this information from it: IONIZERS ARE INFECTIVE, OVERPRICED PIECES OF SHIT AND YOU SHOULDN'T WASTE MONEY ON THEM.

Ion Generators can NOT work in computers, and People should stop saying that they would. Ion generators don't actually clean the particles in the air, they simply push it to the floor/furniture and make it energetically adhere to the surface. This would be bad as these particles would then adhere to your fans, processors, ram, everything. This may not make the dirt in your computer more abundant, but it WILL make it more harmful. (see black-wall effect)

"At first, when a person first smells the odor coming out of an ionizer, they are very impressed by the fresh spring like smell of the air coming out of it. That fresh smell is what sells the product. Manufacturers make huge profits on ionizers, sometimes over 1000%, so they have no interest in ceasing to sell them. They are an easy "sell" because of the fresh smell to the unknowing consumer."

If they were to put a HEPA filter into your computer, it would build up heat and fuck up your shit, or you could have an external unit powering it, which would add a big thing to the outside of your computer.

Can anybody tell me why steam can't even make a working counter? I mean, the amount of time played for each class don't even add up to the amount of time (they say) I played last week, I have gotten well over 300 points on some maps and it sys that the most points I have ever achieved is 22 (and, yes, it was on an [sv_pure 2] [sv_cheats 0] server.)

Howdy folks, I haven't shown my face around in a long time. But I finally got my new baby and I'm going to be buying HL2Big GrinM tomorrow after work, even though I have been playing on the TF2 server on and off recently after I got my orange box and finally got fragging with you guys.

My new specs are:
Processor:
Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz

Memory:
3070MB RAM

Hard Drive:
310 GB

Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT

Monitor:
Generic PnP Monitor

Sound Card:
Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)

I hope you haven't forgotten about me, DF, since I remember we go way back to the start of the classic AdminOP TFC days.

See you guys in-game.

Haven't even installed it yet, but when I do I am pretty sure I can fill this thread a couple of times over.

Howdy,

Firstly apologies if I've put this post in the wrong forums =)

When testing the Linux version of the Player Limit Remover at http://sourceop.com/modules.php?name=Dow...load&cid=4 its just coming back with a segmentation fault in the server console for CS:S.

Two things really:

1. Is this plugin still being developed?
2. If I can help in anyway resolving this issue, I'm more than willing!

PS. I'm sure its loading correctly ;-)

Matt

I've downloaded tf2 to my dedicated server (via hldsupdatetool). I've also downloaded the auto-installer for SourceOP and installed it to the proper location, but SourceOP will not load and I'm getting an error message, "The procedure entry point GetCVarIF could not be located in the dynamic link library vstdlib.dll"

So I uninstalled SourceOP and downloaded and unzipped the manual setup in the proper spot, but I'm still getting the same error.

I was curious if anybody else had this issue and could possibly help me, or did a recent update break SourceOP v0.9.0?

Thanks.
