Reason: Player is basically hugely annoying. Mic spamming, was overly sexist to a female player on the server (would absolutely not shut up for a good 30m or so asking for a sandwich and shit like that on voip, pretty much focusing on her and saying she was bad at what she was playing, even though she was top of the scoreboard). Players in the Arena server at the time attempted to vote kick him at least 7+ times, he avoided each one with a retry. After the 3rd or 4th time, I recorded a demo to catch these evasions for a report. Player continued to be annoying, and would tell people he didn't know why they bothered votekicking him when he could just come back etc.

Does anyone know what the bitrate is for the chat? When I hear conversations over Skype, sometimes it sounds better than ingame voice chat. I'm trying to figure out if it's a bitrate or a hardware issue.

I'm going to post this here because I get the feeling it might turn into a problem.

I have recently permanently banned |)(SPQR)(| Engineer (200,000 points on sourceop stats) for wallhacking on the Non-insta-respawn 2fort server. As usual I investigated him because several members of the opposite team complained of him cheating (I was on the same team, so I wasn't subject to it). Now, I'm not infallible, but from only watching him for a few minutes, I was beyond suspicious with how able he was to locate people. Normally, given that I play with people like Jubjub and Chronvict, I err on the side of not cheating, but some of the actions were simply too suspicious.

Unfortunately, I didn't think to catch a clip of him in action - this was all done on the wing - so it's basically my word against his. I hate to see someone who has spent so much time on SourceOP fall like this, but I am confident in what I saw and my judgment. I don't really know what else to say.

I have gotten him vote-kicked a couple of times, but it does not seem to stop him
