Its what i get when i open hl2 dm, i trought it would work :/
Its the beta version, the last one released.
How could i fix it?

SourceOp probably just doesn't work on listen servers.
And just saying installing .dll's into your game's client could cause a vac ban. :?

Yes, valve busted server plugins with listen servers on one of their recent updates.

At least... i hope that im not vac banned...
I wasn't able to use these plugins anyway.

Where can i get it? last time i took a dedicated server it was for half life 1... And the 2 is not in the list.

In the steam client "Source Deticated Server" use to host the game, but they broke that.
So you now have to host a fully dedicated server:
