This guy was on the 2fort only server. Wall Hacking/Aim Bot
Steam Id: STEAM_0:0:17680777
I only caught the tail end of it on the demo, and it was really more interesting watching it when he played HWG sitting outside enemy base picking off scouts like a Sentry Gun.

I'd love to watch these videos, but can never download them correctly. Whats the thing you have to do after you extract all files? I tried using the windows media player but it didn't work.

Hiya Ramz
That's a recorded demo from in the game. You need to extract it and put it in:
Program Files\Steam\steamapps\[SteamName]\team fortress 2\tf\
Then, in the game, bring up the console and type in:
playdemo [demoname]
in this case type in: playdemo wednesday2

You know...I thought something was up with that Wednesday dude. He never missed with rockets, I can tell you that. Now I know I was right....good job 34k. Now if we can just get more admins for the 2fort no bs server or more presence from the existing admins. Maybe some of these asshats would find a different server to ruin. I know quite a few people who have been leaving the source-op server to go to CSG server, because admins are almost always on there.

That demo proves nothing. You want to know why? Here is a list of what you should do.
1) Go into Spec and record the demo from THEIR viewpoint.
2) Once in spec bring up the console and type "status" this will list the players and Steam ID.
Watching the demo from your viewpoint cannot prove nothing. If I say that there was a guy named 34k with Steam ID whatever was hacking. Does my words alone prove that you was hacking? Unless you get a recorded demo from their viewpoint and bring up the console in the demo showing their Steam ID the demo is worthless.
I even think that the Spec option is turned off on BS too. If you want a server full of cheats and then one day wondering why it's so dead then keep running it the way it is.

Not sure what you were watching but that demo looked pretty convincing to me. Just follow the red dot.

I know the demo showed someone was probably hacking if you watched the red dot. What I'm saying is, this demo doesn't prove anything beyond a person maybe using hacks. The demo did nothing but show another person view right beside someone.
Let's say I have the same demo and get your Steam ID clem and say clem was hacking, please ban him. Does me just saying that was clem prove that you? Without a first-person demo and a verified Steam ID from within the demo, it's pretty much worthless.

Look at the stats page. There has only been one person to play under that name on the server. For someone who is so gung-ho about getting rid of cheating you sure are defending this guy a lot.

That was my demo.
There was no easy way to get a demo from his point of view since the SourceOP servers do not allow spectator mode.
I did my best by getting behind him and watching what he did.
This is no knee jerk reaction to someone doing well. I'm a regular on this server, and I'm not the kind of player to call BS on just anyone. I hope other players here, for example RAMZ and AZ who know me and have already posted would agree with me on this.
I got his SteamID from the server's own page from the map.
I'm not interested in banning anyone playing by their own skill. Anybody I play with will I'm sure say that I'm not the best player out there, but I'm no slouch and I'm sure can recognize a player who is playing with in-human accuracy. Several of the players on the map at the time who are regulars confirmed my suspicions which prompted me to post here in the first place.
I just want one of my favorite servers, and one of the two or three i ever play on to remain as good as it is by keeping people who use unfair advantages from playing.

Yeah I watched the demo of it and was convinced this guy was hacking. If you watch the red dot, and then where the person was that he shot, there was way too quick of a motion. Almost like the dot would be on one side of the battlements and then instantly he'd kill someone on the other side. Also he never moved. Other snipers and players, even mediocre ones, would have picked up on the fact of where he was. But because he would head-shot people instantly they never had a chance to react. The reason he didn't have to move was because he was hacking. Pure and simple. Good to very Good snipers realize they have to move around or people will nail them.
Elvis is right though when he brings up spectate mode would be even more convincing. But considering this server unfortunately did away with it, its not possible.
On another note there were a couple of hackers and buggers on this weekend. There was a demoman "Freezer" that was blowing up stickies and killing people when he himself was no where near the action. I think 34k was there for a little bit of it. One time he detonated stickies on the long stairs leading down to the intel room. When he detonated them he was in the intel room. Another time I remember him being near the respawn door when he detonated stickies on the floor right beneath him.
Last night I can't remember the exactly name of the person playing as an engineer but it was like Mozac4256 or something like that. Anyway he used this bug that allowed him to go through the wall and get in behind one of the fences in the courtyard where he then put his sentry gun there. There was no way to kill it. I tried doing a recording of it like 34k id with the sniper but it didn't work.
There are people hacking and bugging on the servers. Obviously when you put in the title "NO MODS", there is an open invite for people who do hack to go there. I'm starting to get ticked off honestly. I like the people on the server who I know are legit and playing the game for fun. But then there are people there who are basically invited to come in and cheat. Sneaky Snake the Snake was probably the best player on that server (24/7 2fort, not the instant respawn) and he left because he was tired of the cheating. I may follow in his footsteps soon enough.
