Sitting behind your computer all day-along will sure fix things up

technically.

If their current theory is correct than it is a symptom of my migraines and sitting in a dark windowless room with sound-suppressing headphones on ultra-low taking my beta blockers is probably the best thing for it.

I have severe migraines occasionally (about two a week) but I don't think its ever messed with my balance/orientation. I am by no means a doctor but I thought vertigo was induced by pressures on the inner ear? I dunno... all I know is that migraines hurt and I hope things get better.

that is the most common cause. they have put me through every type of testing they could think of, though, and have had no results.

These migraines are severe and severe migraines could cause what they call "aura" symptoms, which include visual distortion, dysphasia and sensory dysfunctions. In rare cases it can disrupt the functions of the inner ear and cause vertigo.

Ah that makes sense... the brain is so "excited" (for lack of a better term), it cant process signals from other centers. I'm usually blindfolded and lying down with earplugs or whitenoise playing during my more severe migraines so I haven't really noticed and don't want to experiment.
