it's a major hobby of mine, and i was curious if we have any alpine/trad/sport/aid/boulder climbers on sourceop...
i got the SICKEST bouldering shoes last night and i can hardly contain myself... they are insanely tight, but should break in and turn my feet into gecko feet in no time
check these beasts out:

Yes, it was the map I was looking for. Thanks. If anybody has any relevant climbing stories they should help get this thread back on track.

I use to do a little boulder climbing at a gym called hanger 18 in upland. It was really fun and pretty addicting. I stopped because i also go into hockey, but i wanna get back into it.

I used to climb and hike in high school and after graduation but I haven't been in a couple years. The only real place to do so where I currently live is an indoor facility that is typically overcrowded and overpriced.
Indoor climbing is nice to stay in shape or if you live too far away from actual mountains, but I still prefer the outdoors. In my opinion, part of the enjoyment is being out with nature.
And btw, VERY nice shoes.
